At Foster University, our mission is to empower foster children by addressing their needs through the lens of Maslow’s Hierarchy—ensuring safety, stability, and love as a foundation for growth. We strive to meet their essential needs for food, shelter, and security, while fostering belonging, confidence, and personal development. A nurtured mind and body is one that can grow and flourish.

Through community, connection, and compassion, we strive to break cycles of instability and build a future where every teen transitions into adulthood with confidence, purpose, and hope.
