At Foster University, our mission is to empower foster children by addressing their needs through the lens of Maslow’s Hierarchy—ensuring safety, stability, and love as a foundation for growth. We strive to meet their essential needs for food, shelter, and security, while fostering belonging, confidence, and personal development. A nurtured mind and body is one that can grow and flourish.
