At Foster University, our mission is to empower foster children by addressing their needs through the lens of Maslow’s Hierarchy—ensuring safety, stability, and love as a foundation for growth. We strive to meet their essential needs for food, shelter, and security, while fostering belonging, confidence, and personal development. A nurtured mind and body is one that can grow and flourish.

We envision an Arizona where every foster teen is safe, supported, and seen—empowered with the tools, trust, and opportunities they need to heal, grow, and thrive. Through community, connection, and compassion, we strive to break cycles of instability and build a future where every teen transitions into adulthood with confidence, purpose, and hope.
